Seth Langston

Founder — Crystal Clear Shine & Premier High Rise Services

Seth Langston founded Crystal Clear Shine in Wisconsin in 2013, then brought the company home to North Carolina in 2015 — and it's been growing ever since. What started as a residential window cleaning and pressure washing operation in Wilmington has expanded into a full-service exterior cleaning brand serving the greater Cape Fear region and beyond.

Seth's approach has always been rooted in the small-town values he grew up with: show up on time, do the work right, and treat every customer like a neighbor. That philosophy is baked into every Crystal Clear company — and it's what keeps customers coming back.

Stuart Nadeau

Founder — Pristine Clean SoFlo

Stuart Nadeau grew up on a farm in Wilmington, NC — the youngest of four brothers — and earned a high school wrestling state championship before going on to study marketing and management at UNCP. He brought that same competitive drive and people-first mindset to South Florida when he launched Pristine Clean SoFlo.

Stuart built Pristine Clean on a foundation of professionalism, eco-friendly methods, and genuine care for every client. He's the kind of owner who's on the job site, at networking events, and always available — because that's what it takes to build something worth being proud of.
